By the time we become consultants and start running our own businesses, we've usually accumulated quite a bit of experience and gained a lot of knowledge about the areas we specialise in, so we're pretty good at what we do. But of course running a business also means you do everything else too - from buying the paperclips to winning the orders. However great we are at meeting the needs of clients, it can be really tough doing the marketing and trying to win new business at the same time, especially if marketing are selling are not your strongest skill. At least if you join findHR4u you know that your personal profile is there for potential clients to see, 24/7. Your name will be on the list presented to everyone searching for the kind of services or training you offer.
	findHR4u is a unique service, not just because I promote the services of members of CIPD, but because I also let you choose whether you want to pay and how much. If you decide to pay - any amount - I keep your profile active for a year instead of you needing to confirm every three months that you're still interested. And if you pay at least £50 (inc.vat) then as a 'thank you' I give you an enhanced profile. You can see the details here. When you join the findHR4u register you get a one-page profile for three months, regardless of whether you make a payment or not. You can choose whether to pay a subscription or commission on work you get through findHR4u.
